Four bedroom full-equiped apartment for girls/women. In the center of beautiful city od Vigo (population 300.000), just 150 km from Porto. Shops, supermarkets, restaurants, bars, gyms in the neighbourhood. 20 minutes walking to the nearest beach. Good internet. Ocean and mountains, a lot of fantastic beaches, islands and paths for walking. Airports: Vigo, Santiago (100 km), Porto (150 km).
The apartment is one of the biggest in the zone (165m2), has 5 bedrooms: the 4 bedrooms for rent are about 20 m2 each (in the smallest one a girl in charge of the whole apartment). A kitchen with a table for 6, coffee corner. 2 bathrooms with showers (no bathtube). A loundry with a washing machine, cupboartds, storage space and the place for hanging wet clothes. A living room: with a couch for 4 persons, Smart TV 55’, table for 8. Balcony with 3 zones for work or relax.
No heating system but is south oriented so in the winter the temperatura is about 18 ºC, there are some portable heaters useful in rainy days. The furniture and decoration: there are some wooden pieces made out teak, oak, walnut. Some antique pices. A lot of handicraft from all over the world, ethnic decoration. The apartment is full of colour.
Everty bedroom has: one bed (from 120 cm to 150 cm), closet, 3 of them also has a drawer for work, 1 of the bedrooms has it’s own Smart TV 42’. Every bedroom has a window with an external view (no patio in the middle). Minimum stay: one month.
Prices: from 1 of june to 31 of october – 350 €/month/1 bedroom
From 1 of november to 31 of may – 300 €/month/1 bedroom.
