A friend of mine recommended me the Gogo Places during my search for an affordable medium term accommodation in two different parts of Greece, that I needed for a 3 months trip to Sporades ( group of Islands in Central Greece). Although I am Greek, I was impressed by the alternatives they proposed me as I was not seeing many on the platform, but I realized that there are hidden treasures as the platform is not live yet to the final version with all the listings published. So I received personalized treatment!!! Both places selected, were exactly what I needed and were the optimal choices according to my requirements and preferences. In addition, hospitality by the owners made me feel like I'm part of their family and neighborhood. The owners: Antonis and Meropi in Skopelos invited me to some local and family events and introduced me to many people who were willing to help me on my project participating on the video and photos I needed for it. So I became the new member of their local community from the very first day. Sofia, the apartment owner that I rent in Skiathos, welcomed me for dinner once per week with her family . Each family member or the family’ s relatives used to organize a barbeque dinner at his own house – different each time- for at least 20-25 relatives! and we joint together local fiestas having great fun! I had the chance to experience their everyday life and hospitality culture in a really relaxed and unpretentious way. I have to say that prices, also are reasonable. I paid 65% less of what the owners charged in higher season ( just a month before my stay!) Thanks for everything Gogo Places, and thank you Antonis , Meropi and Sofia for your warm hospitality at your place ( remember my invitation to visit my place !) I recommend to take advantage of the Gogo Places services ASAP!

We used it to find an apartment in Greece, and the entire experience was great. They were available the entire way, booking was simple, so was the payment and coordination. I would highly recommend it.

I came across GoGo Places when looking for a longer term stay in Greece and wanted to really live like a local. The website was very easy to navigate and the customer support was excellent. I was slightly confused as to the booking process, but this was very efficiently solved and explained by the customer support team. Overall, great concept, I prefer that its a niche company aimed at entrepreneurs, digital nomads and creative types as opposed to the "Mass market" of AirBnB rentals. Would definitely use again, when the need arises. Thank you to the team for all the help!

Its a refreshing change from airbnb, these guys nailed it for the longer term travellers. We stayed in Crete for two months, no hassle, no issues, felt like we stayed in our own home. Great experience! Keep it up

Dealing with GoGo Places has been an absolute pleasure. I had a million questions before I rented a place in Trogir, Croatia and they answered every single question happily. The first place wasn't exactly what I was looking for so Dren furiously scrambled to find me a new place in less than 24 hours. He found me a great place the next day and it was fantastic. I think the website is really visually appealing however, the individual listings pages need ALOT more detail and pictures of every room. Since I work from home--I want to see exactly where I'll be working. I think each listing needs a more detailed description AND whether or not they accept pets. I love having an alternative to Airbnb but I'd rather have the detail that the Airbnb listings have and with the ability to contact the owners with specific questions. All in all, it's a great alternative to Airbnb and I really hope that the website continues to evolve. I also worked with Epi on getting my login connected and he was great to work with. The customer service is fantastic and a real pleasure to work with.

I used GoGo Places to rent an apartment for 2 months in Croatia. Their customer service is excellent,they are very friendly and helpful. However I was not able to get a speedtest for the property prior to arrival (this is very important to me as I teach online and have minimum speed requirements by my company, so I really do not like to risk renting places without having seen a speed test first) and they also do not like to accept PayPal. I have a small credit union in the US and it would not approve my using my card on their website, so both times I sent a payment I had to go back and forth with them for a week before they finally accepted my payment via PayPal. In this respect i prefer AirBnB because they accept PayPal with no problems. I think GoGo Places is a good service and it's nice to have more alternatives to AirBnb out there, especially aimed at long-term rentals for people like us digital nomads. Overall I'd recommend them.
